Karnataka SIR: Voter notice lists likely at booths by Saturday

Voter notice lists will be displayed at polling booths by Friday. These lists are the only way for voters to check for notices before BLO visits. The gazette notification empowering AEROs was issued on Thursday, which caused the delay. Bengaluru voters will receive lists as late as Saturday, while the rest of the state expects them by Friday.
