The Narela Raksha Bandhan festival concluded grandly on Tuesday. In this tradition that has been going on for 18 years, 1 lakh 89 thousand 159 sisters tied the Rakhi to Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang. With this, the festival broke its own record from last year. In the year 2025, 1 lakh 84 thousand 632 sisters had tied Raksha Sutra to Sarang. This year, there has been an increase of 4,527 in the number. According to the organizers, the Narela Raksha Bandhan festival is already a world record.
