This two-lane section of State Highway-63 is being prepared to be converted into a four-lane highway under the Vindhya Vikas Path Project. The MPDRC will present the proposal to the cabinet. After approval, the tender and land acquisition process will begin. The estimated construction cost of the project is ₹1745.67 crore.
