A coincidence of promotion and retirement has come to light in the Cooperative Department of Madhya Pradesh, raising questions about the departmental system. Suresh Sanwle, who was posted as Assistant Registrar in Badwani, was promoted to Deputy Registrar. He took charge of his new post in Indore at around 11 am on August 31st and retired at 5 pm the same day. This means that after promotion, he joined the new post officially.
