Food manufacturing has been shut down at Aman Bakery in Indore: Kitchen was dirty, racks were rusty, and ingredients were kept in the open; 15 samples were taken.

In Indore, the Food Safety Administration took action against several establishments on Tuesday regarding the quality and hygiene of food items. The team collected 15 food samples from different locations for testing. At Aman Bakery, located in Nandbagh Colony, the manufacturing process of food items was immediately halted due to serious irregularities found. The bakery was found to be producing food items with dirt, rusty racks, and food items stored in the open.
