In the Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh, a couple and their 3-year-old son, Aryan, fell ill after eating *mave ki barfi* (ice cream made from *mave* fruit). The child died on Saturday afternoon during treatment. The mother is hospitalized, while the father, Jitendra Goswami, is recovering. The incident is from Binoli in Jaora. After the child's death, relatives and villagers gathered at the sweet shop. A commotion ensued, and the crowd broke the glass of the counter. People claimed it was poisoned.
