Niranjan became the ADG of Cyber Cell, Subedar, and TI was promoted. In the review DPC, only 30 out of 169 were able to become Subedar, and 78 were demoted to Inspector.

The Home Department of Madhya Pradesh has promoted IG Cyber Cell to ADG. Following this, IG Cyber Cell Niranjan B. Waingankar will now be the ADG Cyber Cell. Additionally, out of 169 Subedars who were made acting Reserve Inspectors in the Review DPC at Police Headquarters, only 30 have been promoted to the post of Reserve Inspector. On the other hand, a similar situation has emerged in the case of promotions for Acting Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors as well.
