Guest teachers who have been teaching for 18 years demonstrated: demanded service security and a 12-month service period, warning of an agitation in Bhopal.

In Bhind, guest teachers protested due to the uncertainty of their jobs despite years of service. Under the leadership of Atithi Shikshak Sanyukta Morcha Madhya Pradesh, teachers submitted a memorandum to SDM Mahendra Singh Saujanya on behalf of the Chief Minister. They demanded an extension in service, security of service, and permanency. The guest teachers stated that they have been teaching students in government schools for approximately 18 years.
