Ahead of the Asian Games, which are scheduled to begin on September 19th, Indian shooters are in their final stages of preparation. The country's top 18 shooters are practicing at the MP Shooting Academy in Bhopal. Their focus is not only on improving their shooting skills but also on maintaining composure under pressure during competitions. Some are deliberately training in situations that create stress for them, while others are using heart rate monitors to check their concentration amidst rapid heartbeat.
