Revised notification issued, Ghazal presiding officer: Now CBI Special Court in Bhopal, jurisdiction for 18 districts

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a revised notification for the establishment of a Special Judicial Magistrate First Class court in Bhopal for CBI cases. The court will have jurisdiction over 18 districts, including Bhopal. The notification was issued by the High Court registry on the orders of the acting Chief Justice. Ghazal Pahwa Singh will be the presiding officer of the new court. The concerned magistrate-level CBI cases being conducted in Jabalpur-Indore are to be transferred to Bhopal.
