The order issued by the District Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Bhopal on August 31, 2026, cited serious deficiencies found during an inspection of the hospital and negligence in adhering to regulations as the basis for the revocation. According to the CMHO office, a notice was previously issued to the hospital on June 18, 2026, seeking a response.
