In Bhopal's Bilkhiriya police station area, a 23-year-old newlywed, Pooja Ahirwar, died on Thursday night after being set ablaze by incense sticks in her bed. She was taken to the hospital for treatment in critical condition, where she succumbed to her injuries on Saturday morning. Pooja's brother, Ravi Ahirwar, has made serious allegations against her husband, Ashok Ahirwar. He claims that his sister was tortured by her husband while he was intoxicated and mistreated her badly.
