A decision by Dhirendra Parashar, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Badnagar, has made a mockery of the judicial authority granted to administrative officers. While serving as Tehsildar, he delivered a verdict regarding land ownership rights, which was later rejected by him himself after becoming the SDM, citing that it was not legally valid. A resident of Badnagar, Gopilal, has filed a complaint with the General Administration Department in Bhopal, highlighting Parashar's conflicting decisions as both Tehsildar and SDM in the same case.
