Following a 20-day rescue operation, the leopard was captured in a cage set up by the forest department on Monday night. It entered at 11:30 pm to hunt a goat and the gate collapsed. Forest personnel immediately secured the cage. The rescue began at 12 am and the leopard was released to Van Vihar in Bhopal at 3:15 am. Security has been tightened.
