Former minister Kaweer's brother arrested in rice scam: Police produced him in court and sent him to jail; so far, 20 arrests have been made.

Rajkumar Kawre, the elder brother of former minister and BJP district president Ramkishore Kawre, has been arrested in connection with the Balaghat rice embezzlement case. He was apprehended on Sunday, September 20th, near Rachna Tower in the Govindpura police station area of Bhopal. On Monday, he was produced in court, from where it is reported that he will be sent to jail on judicial remand. This marks the 20th arrest in the case.
