Swachh Vayu Survekshan 2026 - Lucknow at Number One: Ahead of Srinagar and Bengaluru despite Delhi's polluted air; Indore at Number Two across the country.

In the Centre's Clean Air Survey 2026, Delhi has ranked better than Srinagar and Bengaluru. Among cities with a population of over 10 lakh, Delhi was ranked 21st, while Srinagar came in at 26th and Bengaluru at 32nd. According to the results released by the ministry on Monday, Lucknow topped the list with 198 points. Indore came second, and Jabalpur secured third place with 195 points. This ranking is based solely on air quality.
