Old Secretariat to shift to office in a month: Bhopal Commissioner holds meeting; new project worth ₹217.96 crore.

A new administrative corridor will be built in the Old Secretariat located in Kohefiza, Bhopal. It will house the Collectorate, Commissioner's office, and IG office, among other departments. The shifting of these departments has begun, but many have not yet vacated their offices. In response, Commissioner Karmveer Sharma has given officials a one-month deadline. Every year, departments will have to shift their offices. Meanwhile, the Fanda Janpad Panchayat has also been shifted to another location.
