The Indore bench of the High Court has directed the State Information Commission to decide within a timeframe on the case related to seeking booth-wise information regarding names removed from the voter list during special summary revision in Madhya Pradesh. The court has also asked it to dispose of the second appeal pending with the State Information Commission, filed by petitioner Dilip Kaushal, based on merits within 45 days. The commission has also directed that a copy of its decision be made available to the petitioner.
