In Bhopal, Ganesh idols will be immersed in cranes on the ghats: divers will be deployed 24 hours a day; arrangements for small idols will be made in ponds.

The Bhopal Municipal Corporation has begun preparations for Ganesh Visarjan. The immersion of Ganesh idols will commence on Dol Gyaras itself. As a result, the idols will be immersed at major ghats with the help of cranes and other equipment. Meanwhile, arrangements have been made in ponds for smaller idols. Divers will be deployed at the ghats 24 hours a day. Mayor Malti Rai announced this on Wednesday, stating that arrangements have been made to ensure the respectful and convenient immersion of Lord Ganesh's idols on Dol Gyaras and Anant Chaturdashi.
