Rail passengers will get clean and safe drinking water: 284 stations monitored, 9,850 taps and water booths cleaned; West Central Railway launches campaign.

To provide clean and safe drinking water to passengers during train journeys, the West Central Railway has launched a special campaign. Under this initiative, the quality of water at stations in Jabalpur, Bhopal, and Kota divisions is being monitored from source to destination. Special teams are conducting inspections of water samples along with cleaning taps and water booths. According to the West Central Railway, 284 stations have been inspected over the past month.
