The controversy surrounding the alleged declaration of the historic Riaz Manzil Kothi and Khasra No. 42 in Khanugaon, the property of the last Nawab of Bhopal State, Hamid Ullah Khan, as enemy property has now reached a critical juncture. In a hearing held on Tuesday before the Court Assistant Custodian of Enemy Property and the Baragarh SDM, the affected parties presented their documents related to ownership and possession, along with statutory objections.
