3 accused caught red-handed: They were filling cylinders with capsules in a closed dhaba converted into an illegal gas plant; 2 trucks loaded with 10 tons of LPG seized.

An illegal LPG bottling plant was being run by renting a closed dhaba in Alampur village on Bhopal-Jabalpur National Highway-45. Gas was filled directly into commercial cylinders from gas capsule vehicles passing through the highway using special nozzles. The Gauharganj police raided the Rajdhani Dhaba around 11 pm on Wednesday night and caught three accused red-handed while filling gas. Two gas capsule vehicles, 28 cylinders, a Bolero pickup, nozzles, and other equipment were seized from the spot.
