The 30 to 35% of the approximately 1500 acres of private land registered in the name of Nawab Hamidullah Khan of Bhopal State may fall under the purview of enemy property. The district administration has prepared the status of these lands and also gathered information on who currently occupies them. According to the administration's records, Bhopal has assets worth approximately 5,000 crore rupees. The status of these assets has been sent to the central government. This development comes in light of Union Minister Amit Shah's upcoming visit to the region.
