Intern doctors in Khandwa are on a sit-in protest, demanding an increase in their stipend to ₹30,000 and have been blocking roads for the past two hours.

In support of the movement of intern doctors in Bhopal and demanding an increase in internship stipends, intern doctors also staged a sit-in protest in Khandwa. On Tuesday, at 11 am, intern doctors from the Medical College Hospital protested on the hospital premises, raising slogans against the government and expressing their demands. After protesting for about an hour, the intern doctors reached the main road around 12 pm. Here, they held a sit-in protest on the road.
