A dead body was found 300 meters before Narmadapuram railway station: Police are investigating the possibility of suicide by hitting oneself with a train.

A 20-year-old man died after being hit by a train on the Itarsi Outer line about 300 meters before Narmadapuram railway station on Monday morning. The body of the young man was found lying on the main line around 8:40 am, which caused a stir at the scene. A crowd gathered at the spot soon after. Upon receiving the information, teams from the GRP and RPF reached the spot and conducted an inquest of the deceased's body. During the search, no documents were found with the deceased, making it difficult to identify him.
