Bhaskar Correspondent | The administrative approval to convert the Salamatpur Bhopal-Vidisha State Highway-18 into a four-lane road has raised hopes for better connectivity in the area. It is being said that it will make travel easier. However, traders in Salamatpur are concerned about their business. The proposed four-lane length is 44.83 km, which includes a 5.10 km long bypass for Salamatpur. Once the bypass is constructed, traffic from Bhopal and Vidisha will be reduced.
