The Nishatpura police in Bhopal have arrested Lambu alias Nafees, a ₹3,000 reward-carrying accused who had been absconding for a long time, in connection with an alleged cow slaughter case under the guise of a dairy. The accused was on the run since the incident occurred on July 17, 2026. Police were searching for him using technical evidence and with the help of informants. According to police, on July 17, based on information from Lakhan Yadav, police and local people took action and arrested Lambu from the spot.
