Abhay Manohar Sapre, Chairman of the Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety and a retired Justice of the Supreme Court, stated that to reduce road accidents, there is a need to focus specifically on 4Es: Engineering, Emergency Care, Enforcement, and Education. He emphasized ensuring community participation to prevent accidents and fatalities caused by animals on roads. To achieve this, local-level committees are required.
