The development of Bhopal is set to change. After a wait of 21 years, the Madhya Pradesh government has released the draft of its new master plan 'Development Plan-2047'. The plan, prepared keeping in mind an estimated population of 4.5 million in 2047, proposes a flexible rule of 'one zone - multiple activities' instead of 'one land - one primary use'. Under this, residential and commercial activities can run simultaneously within the same area as needed. 5 residential
