Bhopal police have revealed a contract killing case: A farmer was fatally attacked after being paid ₹50,000 due to a land dispute.

The Nazirabad police station in Bhopal has revealed the details of the deadly attack on farmer Indal Singh Gurjar near Ratanpur Road, close to Runaha Jod. The police have arrested five accused in the case, while two are absconding. During interrogation, it emerged that a contract was given for ₹50,000 to orchestrate the attack on the farmer due to a land dispute. The accused rented a car and covered its number plate with soil to conceal their identity.
