A case has come to light where the property tax account of St. Joseph's School, Idgah Hills, was tampered with using the user ID of the zonal officer of Zone-2 of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation, resulting in a significant change. The investigation revealed that the school's original demand of ₹7.71 lakh was reduced to ₹1.09 lakh, meaning a reduction of ₹6.62 lakh in the corporation's demand. During the investigation, it was found that not only the tax amount but also the registered area of the school's property had been altered.
