Bhaskar Correspondent | The Food Safety Department inspected two establishments in Bareilly on Saturday to check the quality and hygiene of food being served at hotels, restaurants, and resorts in the Raisen area. The inspection revealed serious deficiencies related to the kitchen and maintenance of food items. At Midway Treat, located in Samnapur Jagir, cabbage stored for vegetables was found to be infected with fungus. The team destroyed the cabbage on the spot. Food items were also found to be contaminated at both resorts.
