A student and teacher were caught using mobile phones in their secondary school in Taraina, India.

With low student attendance and teachers using mobile phones, it's a grim picture. Despite being a primary and middle school with five teachers on record, the daily Bhaskar Malawar correspondent found only one student present from classes 6th to 8th in the school.
