Bhaskar Correspondent | When the Patwaris (land record holders) refused to act as executors in the registration of land under the Swamitva scheme, the administration booked slots for the registration of 88 people on the public e-portal My Government app through the Panchayat Secretaries. However, the Patwaris have neither accepted nor approved any slot as an executor. As a result, the registration of all 88 slots is currently pending.
