Malwa Institute of Technology and Skill University will form a rights committee for a new act.

The state government has decided to establish three technology and skill universities by rationalizing the scope of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV). As part of this, a Malwa Technology and Skill University will also be set up in Ujjain. A new/additional act will be prepared for the three technology and skill universities. The decision was made by the state government, with the Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh being one of the seven people who made the decision.
