Teachers protest near Gandhi statue: Organization president says TET exam is an insult to teachers and should be permanently waived.

In Balaghat, teachers peacefully staged a sit-in protest near the Gandhi statue on Friday, demanding their three-point agenda in response to the call of 'Adhyapak Shikshak Sanyukta Morcha'. The teachers gathered in front of Mahatma Gandhi's statue at Hanuman Chowk and raised slogans regarding their pending demands, urging the government to find a solution quickly. Gopal Krishna Dhaware, the district president of the Morcha, stated that a division-wise sit-in protest will be held in Bhopal starting September 27th.
