Jaishree Gayatri Foods case: Police investigation incomplete, closure report rejected

The Bhopal court has delivered its verdict in the case of fraud and embezzlement of approximately 15 crore rupees involving milk products from Jayshree Gayatri Foods Production Private Limited. Judge Irshad Ahmed's court found shortcomings in the police investigation and court hearing process, leading to the rejection of the police closure report and the case being sent back to the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Court in Bhopal.
