In the Kajalikhara police station area of Bhopal, a 36-year-old nursing student has accused the college's librarian of rape. According to the victim, the accused, Vikas Agnihotri, lured her with the promise of marriage and sexually assaulted her for the first time in 2022. The two were then in a relationship. The victim alleges that the accused kept her in his room for four days and sexually assaulted her there. Based on the victim's complaint, the police arrested the accused on Friday morning.
