Twisha Sharma death case, case transfer: The retired judge Giribala will be tried in the same court from which she received bail.

In the Bhopal area of India, a case will be heard in the same court where former District Judge Giribala Singh and her son Samarth Singh were initially granted bail. Principal District and Sessions Judge Manoj Kumar Srivastava has transferred this case to the court of Special Judge (OW) Pallavi Dwivedi. According to lawyer Ankur Pandey, it was this special court that granted Giribala anticipatory bail.
