Harda's Laxminarayan received the Excellent Leadership Award in Bhopal: He narrated the story of innovations through school education and community participation on a national platform.

The headmaster of the Government Integrated Secondary School in Khedinima, Harda, Laxminarayan Dudi, represented the Harda district at a workshop organized by the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL), NIEPA, New Delhi, held in Bhopal. He presented an excellent presentation on the school's successful story. The presentation showcased innovative experiments related to education, the overall development of students, environmental conservation efforts, and the school's pre-primary programs.
