Even after a theft report was filed in Bhopal, the stolen scooter continued to roam freely on the city's roads. The situation took an extreme turn when a young woman dressed in police uniform broke traffic signals at Roshanpura Square using this very stolen scooter. When the complainant received the e-challan on September 2nd, he was shocked beyond belief. The photo attached to the challan revealed that the scooter used to break traffic rules was the same one for which a theft report had already been filed at the police station.
