On Saturday, the Food Safety Administration team conducted an inspection of food safety and hygiene arrangements in food establishments around the bus stand in Indore. The inspection revealed that many establishments lacked essential documents and food safety-related arrangements. In some places, employees' medical certificates were missing, while in others, water and food sample reports were not available. At Nilkanth Bhonajalaya, roti was found to be adulterated with newsprint.
