A postage stamp will be released in memory of Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj: Jain community members met with Union Minister Scindia; the launch program is imminent.

A delegation of the Jain Samaj met with Union Minister for Communications and MP from Guna, Jyotiraditya Scindia, in Delhi to discuss preparations for the release of a postal stamp based on the personality and works of Saint Shiromani Acharyashri Vidyasagar Maharaj of Guna. The meeting held at the Ministry of Communications discussed the outline of the postal stamp release program. Scindia appreciated this effort by the Jain Samaj and expressed his support for every possible assistance in this regard.
