The event was attended by regional public representatives and administrative officials, along with IAS Vivek Kumar Porwal, Principal Secretary of the State Mineral Resources Department, who was present as the chief guest. He was seen lighting lamps while standing between the MLA and the Collector. This matter surfaced on social media on Friday.
