In Bhopal, India, a young man committed suicide by hanging himself at home. He was alone in the house when he took his own life and also broke his mobile phone before dying.

In the Semra area of Bhopal's Ashoka Garden police station limits, the body of 20-year-old Shrikant Patel was found hanging in his house on Tuesday night. At the time of the incident, Shrikant was alone at home. His mother had gone to the neighborhood, while his father was on duty at a factory. The incident came to light when his mother returned, after which the police were informed. The police have sent the body for post-mortem examination. After returning home, his mother found her son and tried to console him but was unsuccessful.
