He was an OBC teacher but became an ST: A case against retired IPS Raghuveer Singh Meena in a fake caste certificate case.

A case has been registered in Bhopal against retired IPS officer Raghuveer Singh Meena for allegedly availing benefits of reserved categories through fake caste certificates. The allegation is that Meena secured selection to the post of DSP from MPPSC based on an ST category certificate and later availed other benefits of service as well. The vigilance branch of the police headquarters has registered a case under sections related to cheating, conspiracy, preparing false documents by public servants, and the SC-ST Prevention of Atrocities Act.
