EOW raid at 3 locations of PWD officer: 1 million rupees in cash and half a kilogram of gold found in Chhindwara; team arrived suddenly at five in the morning.

In Chhindwara, the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Jabalpur conducted simultaneous raids at three locations belonging to Kamal Kishore Singare, the in-charge Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD), based on a complaint of disproportionate assets. The EOW teams raided his residences in Chhindwara, Balaghat, and Bhopal around 5:45 am on Thursday. The action was led by DSP Manjeet Singh. The raids were conducted at his residence in Khan Colony, Chhindwara, his residence in Balaghat, and a government quarter in Bhopal.
