The Satna police have arrested a young man accused in a rape and POCSO Act case. According to the police, the accused befriended the minor by hiding his marriage and having children, and then established physical relations with her under the pretext of marriage. It is alleged that he physically abused the victim for about two years. The police arrested the accused, Ratan Beldar (25), a resident of Purani Basti, Maihar, and presented him in court, from where he was sent to jail.
