The Bhopal Police portal https://bhopal.mppolice.gov.in/, which was created to allow citizens to report police traffic issues and provide information about police officers online, is struggling with a lack of monitoring itself. When Bhaskar checked the portal's features, the process did not proceed further using the QR code for complaints, the women's helpline page did not open, and old names were found instead of the changed station in-charges. The portal has over 6,000 daily visits.
