Hearing on Giribala Singh's bail petition: CBI stated that evidence of dowry harassment was not found; the court asked to remove the matter from the application.

The bail petition of former judge Giribala Singh, who is currently in jail in the highly discussed Twisha Sharma case in Bhopal, was heard again on Wednesday. The CBI informed the court that no evidence has been found during the investigation to prove that Giribala Singh harassed his daughter-in-law Twisha Singh for dowry harassment. During the hearing, the court asked Giribala Singh's lawyers to remove the dowry harassment aspect from the bail application.
